Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") is the Merchant of Record for all BeatTheSystem purchases. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, tax collection, and refund processing on our behalf.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Digital delivery begins immediately upon purchase. Our guarantee is still honored regardless.

How to Request a Refund

Contact Paddle at https://paddle.net within 30 days of your purchase date
Provide your order number and the email address used at purchase
Describe your reason (optional — this helps us improve our products, but is not required for a refund)

How Refunds Are Processed

Refund requests are reviewed by Paddle in accordance with their Checkout Buyer Terms
Paddle may refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or manipulative behavior
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Refunds are returned to the original payment method
The refunded amount may differ slightly from the original charge due to currency conversion or tax adjustments

After a Refund

Your license to use the refunded product is revoked
You must delete all downloaded copies of the product
Continued use of a refunded product constitutes a violation of our Terms & Conditions

After 30 Days

Refund requests made after the 30-day period will generally not be processed, except as required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

Your Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, additional consumer protections may apply under local law.
